Faratics community accounts
Google sign-in identifies your account using a Google account identifier, verified email address and name. Faratics requests only basic identity information, not access to Gmail messages, Google Drive, contacts or your Google password. Google processes sign-in under its own Privacy Policy.
We store your account details, the introduction, skills and contact information you choose to provide, and your offers of help. We use these details to operate your member account and review potential collaboration. Your profile, contacts and offers are private to you and Faratics administration; this release does not publish a member directory or connect your profile to Instagram records.
Faratics sends operational notifications through Telegram to private channels restricted to Faratics administration. Registration notifications include your name, email address, member number, total member count and registration date and time. Notifications about submitted offers include the offer details and your member reference. When payment collection is enabled, payment notifications include associated member details, transaction IDs, amounts and confirmation status. Telegram processes these notifications under its own Privacy Policy. These notifications do not create a public member directory.
An essential, secure session cookie keeps you signed in. Sign-out revokes that session. We do not retain Google access or refresh tokens. You can request deletion of community records. Financial transaction and audit records are retained in an append-only ledger to preserve payment history and reconciliation; corrections are recorded as additional entries, and deleting a community profile does not erase those records. Limited recovery copies may persist until their backup retention period ends. You can edit your profile from your member area or request access, correction or deletion by contacting admin@faratics.com from the email used to register.
Submitting an offer of financial support does not make a payment. When you request Bitcoin payment details, we record your account reference, support section, receiving address, requested USD amount, Bitcoin quote, accepted terms and request timestamps. When a payment is detected, we record its transaction ID, amount, confirmation status and related activity. We use these records to attribute payments, maintain support and loan records, and resolve payment issues. We send payment-status emails to your registered address. Bitcoin transactions and addresses are publicly visible on the Bitcoin network. Faratics does not request or store your wallet seed phrase or private spending keys.
Social Command Center
Who operates this service
Faratics, founded by M. R. Farabinesh, operates the Faratics Social Command Center. Privacy questions and deletion requests may be sent to admin@faratics.com.
Information we process
When an official Faratics social account is connected through an authorized API, the Command Center may process platform-scoped identifiers, usernames, comments, direct messages, mentions, media identifiers, timestamps, links, moderation classifications, owner corrections, approved actions, and security logs.
How information is used
- Organize interactions with official Faratics channels.
- Identify questions, feedback, collaboration requests, spam, harassment, and credible threats for owner review.
- Prepare or queue human-approved actions.
- Protect the service and improve moderation accuracy.
The system does not infer wealth, intelligence, private identity, health, or psychological traits. It does not sell social data or use it for advertising.
Platforms and providers
Instagram is the first connected network and uses Meta’s official Instagram API. YouTube, X, and other networks may be added later only through official interfaces after their controls and this policy are reviewed. OpenAI processing is currently disabled; social content will not be sent to OpenAI unless that integration is separately enabled and disclosed.
Retention and deletion
Social interaction records are retained for owner-managed review; automatic expiry is not currently enabled. You may request deletion, and limited records may be retained for security, legal, or audit purposes. Use the Data Deletion page to request access, correction, or deletion.
Security and human control
The owner dashboard is access-controlled, credentials are stored outside the web root, and webhook signatures are verified. Moderation and outbound actions remain subject to human approval.
Changes
This policy may change when networks, features, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date will be revised for material updates.
